- (BOH) Complete the Henny Penny Training (preferred)
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (preferred)
- Must have three months on the team at the time of promotion
- Must not be at the “Written Warning” level in the Disciplinary Process within 60 days of promotion
The process begins with you:
- Step 1: Complete the application
- Step 2: If approved to proceed, a promotion recommendation will be requested from your Team and Shift Leader(s).
- Step 3: If recommended, you will be scheduled for an in-person interview with a shift leader.
- Step 4: If recommended, you will be scheduled for an in-person interview with a senior leader.
To Team Leader
- Complete Team Leader Training Guide
- Enrolled in or completed the 5 Levels of Leadership Development Program
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
- Complete a Project
- Must have six months on the team at the time of promotion
- Must not be at the “Written Warning” level in the Disciplinary Process within 60 days of promotion
The process begins with you:
- Step 1:
- Front of House Team Leader Complete the application
- Kitchen Team Leader Complete the application
- Step 2: If approved to proceed, a promotion recommendation will be requested from your Team and Shift Leader(s).
- Step 3: If recommended, you will be scheduled for an in-person interview with a senior leader.
- Step 4: If recommended, you will be scheduled for an in-person interview with the Operator.
- Ideal Team Player
To Shift Leader
- Must be 18 or older (if a minor, be able to open or close the store with a waiver)
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
- Enrolled in or completed the 5 Levels of Leadership Development Program
- Must have open availability to open or close the store and be available on weekends and holidays
- Demonstrate characteristics of a Leader
- Complete a Project
- Must have six months on the team at the time of promotion
- Must not be at the “Written Warning” level in the Disciplinary Process within 60 days of promotion
The process begins with you:
- Step 1:
- Front of House Shift Leader Complete the application
- Kitchen Shift Leader Complete the application
- Step 2: If approved to proceed, a promotion recommendation will be requested from your Shift Leader(s).
- Step 3: If recommended, you will be scheduled for an in-person interview with a senior leader.
- Step 4: If recommended, you will be scheduled for an in-person interview with the Operator.
To Director
- Must be 18 or older
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
- Enrolled in Chick-fil-A Fort Pierce Leadership Academy
- Completed LDR100 5 Levels of Leadership Development Program
- Completed LDR200 Self Leadership
- Completed FIN100 and FIN 200
- Completed LDR 300 Communication, Behavioral and Decision-Making Styles
- Able to work 45 hours or more per week
- Available to work all day parts (opening, mid-shift, closing)
- 18 years or older
- No disciplinary history in the past 30 days and no more than 2 in the past 60
- Worked in a shift leader position for a minimum of 6 months
- Maintain a goal achievement record with individual KRAs of 75% or greater
- Familiar with both opening and closing protocols
- General knowledge of operations in all areas of the business (opening/closing, positional knowledge).
- Minimum 12-month commitment in the position
